Jacobs and Goetschel in New Posts

John B. Jacobs has been appointed senior vice president of sales for Aviation Distributors Inc. in Lake Forest. Jacobs had been vice president of sales at Airmotive. Fred K. Goetschel was named vice president of marketing and sales. He was formerly vice president of purchasing at Airmotive.

* Kerri Wilson has been selected as director of finance and administration for Ware & Malcomb Architects Inc. in Irvine. Wilson, who has been with the firm for more than six years, had been office manager.

* Alec Abbott has joined the CPA firm of Squar, Milner & Reehl in Newport Beach as partner-in-charge of the Financial Services group. Abbott has more than 15 years of experience in investments, insurance and financial planning.

* Toby Anderson has been named vice president of finance and planning for National Water and Power in Santa Ana. Anderson joined the company earlier this year after managing treasury operations for Pacific Health Care. In addition, Bill Griffin was appointed vice president and general counsel. He joined National Water in 1998 as director of legal affairs. Before that, he was a senior project director at Fluor Daniel.
