Sares-Regis Adding More Industrial Space

The Sares-Regis Group in Irvine said Tuesday that it has acquired four industrial buildings in the City of Industry from Koll Development Co. in Newport Beach for $47 million. The buildings, ranging from 71,000 square feet to 321,000 square feet, total 842,000 square feet. Sares-Regis already has possession of two buildings and is negotiating with prospective tenants. The other two structures will be in the company’s control by year’s end, and the company said it expects each building will be leased soon. Sares-Regis has acquired or developed 25 million square feet of commercial properties and 15,000 multifamily housing units.
