* U.S. Plastic Lumber Corp. of Boca Raton, Fla., said that it has completed the acquisitions of Vernon-based plastics recycler Eureka Plastics of California Inc. and Ecosource Corp., a Chino-based recycler of plastic containers. Terms of the deals weren’t disclosed. On a combined basis, annual revenue is expected to be $8 million in 1999, U.S. Plastics said.
