QualityLogic Spins Off G3 NOVA Technology

QualityLogic of Moorpark, formerly Genoa Technology, has spun off G3 NOVA Technology to focus on product development and training for unified messaging, a process to manage voicemail, e-mail, faxes, phone, computer and other technologies merging onto the Internet.

QualityLogic is a major shareholder in Thousand Oaks-based G3 NOVA and has entered into agreements with the company to provide QualityLogic with engineering services.

Mike Moldovan, formerly vice president of research and development and most recently general manager for Genoa’s Test Tools business unit, is president of G3 NOVA.
