* Callaway Golf (ELY; $12.69, up 44 cents) was raised to “strong buy” from “outperform” by Ferris Baker Watts, with a target price of $20.
* Fox Entertainment (FOX; $22.13, unchanged) was rated “buy” in new coverage by Buckingham Research, with a target of $30.
* Pacific Sunwear of California (PSUN; $30.44, down 13 cents) was rated “strong buy” in new coverage by U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray, with a target of $40.
* Vitesse Semiconductor (VTSS; $82.38, down $3.88) was downgraded to “outperform” from “buy” by Salomon Smith Barney.
