Tips for importers about preparing for U.S. Customs audits and avoiding penalties will be presented at a Foreign Trade Assn. of Southern California seminar Tuesday in Torrance. Import specialists from companies such as Sony and Mazda Motors of America will also offer suggestions on how to limit the scope of audits and complete them quickly.
