Chatsworth-based maker of dietary supplements Natrol Inc. has acquired Prolab Nutrition Inc. for about $30 in cash and stock. Closely held Bloomfield, Conn.-based Prolab markets sports nutrition products through gyms, health-food stores and other outlets. Its sales for 1999 are expected to be about $30 million.
