* William O’Neil & Co., publisher of Investor’s Business Daily, acquired the company’s corporate headquarters and newspaper office building at 12655 Beatrice St. in Marina del Rey from Citicorp. The principals did not disclose the purchase price, but industry sources estimate it at more than $20 million. The buyer was represented by John Bertram and Tim Macker of Westmac Commercial Brokerage Co. Citicorp represented itself.

* Kearny Real Estate Co. has acquired Wolcott Business Center, a fully leased 117,000-square-foot office complex at 5000-5016 N. Parkway Calabasas in Calabasas from the estate of original owner William Wolcott for $15 million. David Simon, a senior vice president at Kearny, said Kearny will rename the property Calabasas Courtyard and will invest an additional $1 million to upgrade the building. Jeff Albee of Told Partners represented both buyer and seller.

* La Tijera Partners, an investment group based in Marina del Rey, purchased the 128-unit Terraces apartment complex at 7100 La Tijera Blvd. in Westchester for $15.3 million from Laskey-Weil Co. of Santa Monica. Bill DuBrowa of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller; the buyers represented themselves.

* Lehr 1990 Trust acquired a 110,178-square-foot free-standing HomeBase building on a 9.9-acre site at 200 Hidden Valley Parkway in Norco for $10.8 million from REA Norco. Dave Hagglund and Eric Tompkins of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer; the sellers represented themselves.

* Capital Foresight, a Beverly Hills-based limited partnership, acquired the 66-unit Terra Vista Apartments at 19330 Saticoy St. in Reseda for $3 million from Terra Vista Apartments Ltd. of Woodland Hills. Dean Zander of Hendricks & Partners represented both buyer and seller.

* Sussex Capital Group of Woodland Hills formed Topanga/Owensmouth 7 to acquire a total of 80 apartment units at 8814 and 8820 Topanga Canyon Blvd. and 8757-8821 Owensmouth Ave. in Woodland Hills, for $2.8 million from Northern Trust Co. of Chicago. Shari Baner of Re/Max represented both buyer and seller.

* Corbin Continental Partnership of Beverly Hills acquired the 46-unit Corbin Continental Apartments at 7330 Corbin Ave. in Reseda for $2 million from WHT Loh Family Trust of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Dean Zander of Hendricks & Partners represented both buyer and seller.
