The Anaheim supplier of communications equipment reported a net loss of $2.4 million, or 27 cents a share, for the second fiscal quarter, compared with a net loss of $3.9 million, or 54 cents a share, for the second quarter of the previous fiscal year. Sales for the quarter ended Sept. 30 dropped 9% to $20.2 million.
