Internet Buyers Network Changes Name to Vsource

Interactive Buyers Network International in Ventura has changed its name to Vsource Inc.

IBNL will continue to be the company’s stock symbol on The OTC bulletin board.

Chief Executive Robert “Jay” McShirley said the name change is part of an overall branding program designed to better reflect the company’s identity. The company has hired Mary Lynn Coyle to administer the branding program.

“The time is right for Vsource to simplify and strengthen its brand through a name change that better reflects the company’s emerging position in the world of e-commerce,” Coyle said.

Vsource develops Internet products for business. Its flagship product, Virtual Source Network, allows companies to create an Internet-based purchasing system to automate all aspects of corporate procurement.
