Quintek Passes First Phase of Boeing Evaluation

Quintek Technologies in Camarillo said that Boeing Aerospace in Long Beach has successfully completed the Phase 1 evaluation of Quintek’s 4300 card-production system.

Upon completion of the next testing phase, Quintek anticipates that Boeing will purchase one or more systems for use at several facilities in Southern California.

The Quintek system is designed to ensure against loss of critical information due to computer viruses, technological obsolescence, Y2K, equipment failure, media degradation, change in formatting standards and software incompatibility.

Quintek is headquartered in Camarillo, with sales and marketing offices in Washington, D.C., and manufacturing and engineering based in Karlskoga, Sweden.
