PerfectData Shares to Trade on Berlin Exchange

Common shares for PerfectData Corp. in Simi Valley are being listed for trading on the Berlin Stock Exchange.

This will enable European investors and institutions to buy PerfectData shares in euros, company officials said. The German brokerage firm Berliner Freiverkehr Handel will provide investors with information about the company.

Joseph Mazin, PerfectData’s chief executive, said the listing on a European stock exchange will add to the company’s global visibility.

In another development, PerfectData reached a sales agreement with a major Canadian reseller of computer consumables and accessories. This agreement allows for the warehousing and distribution of PerfectData’s products in Canada, providing Canadian computer dealers and retailers with improved service and support, shorter reorder times and more competitively priced goods, company officials said.

“Joining forces with an already established reseller of computer accessories will give PerfectData a leg up on gaining market share and a sales presence in Canada,” said Michael Davis, PerfectData’s director of sales and marketing.

PerfectData designs a line of computer, office care and maintenance products and accessories.
