More than 900,000 cans of extremely flammable party spray string have been recalled because a child was seriously burned by the product.

An 11-year-old boy suffered serious burns from flaming spray at his birthday party, causing permanent scars, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said Thursday.

The sprays Crazy Ribbon and Crazy String are manufactured by three California companies: Stelex Enterprises Inc., Major Import and LeSa Yang Family Ltd. The commission said the cans should be returned for a refund.
