* Rockwell International Corp., the largest maker of airline navigation and communications systems, completed the move of its headquarters to Milwaukee from Costa Mesa. The company now has 40,000 employees at more than 450 locations in more than 80 countries; about 140 employees will be based at the Milwaukee headquarters. Rockwell no longer has any business with headquarters in California (the company’s Newport Beach-based semiconductor systems business was spun off into Conexant Systems Inc. in December).
