O. C. BUSINESS PLUS : ORANGE COUNTY BRIEFLY : Hines Horticulture Completes Acquisition

Hines Horticulture Inc., Irvine-based operator of commercial nurseries, said it completed its acquisition of Atlantic Greenhouses Inc., a producer of flowering potted plants and annual bedding plants. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Atlantic, which operates 40 acres of greenhouses serving Mid-Atlantic states, had revenue of more than $20 million last year, Hines said.
