Halpern to Lead Arts Center Fund-Raising

Michael L. Halpern has joined the Orange County Performing Arts Center as associate vice president of development. He will be responsible for planning and leading fund-raising initiatives for the annual Center Fund, with a goal of $6.4 million set for the current fiscal year. He was formerly Western states regional director in Los Angeles for American Friends of the Hebrew University.

* Doug Lincoln has been named new car sales manager for Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel, formerly Mission Imports. He has been with the company 12 years.

* Michael Stockwell has been selected to lead the employee benefits services practice of Marsh Inc., formerly J&H; Marsh & McLennan, a Newport Beach risk and insurance brokerage. He succeeds Patrick Murphy, who retired. Stockwell has 15 years of employee benefits and human resources consulting experience.

* Lauri Christie has been appointed senior manager, department of survey operations for National Survey Systems in Irvine. Her new position includes responsibility for survey questionnaire development and providing support for report design and writing.
