THE SAFETY ZONE: ACTION LOG

The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Monday:

DANA POINT

* Corniche Drive: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 100 block at 9:27 a.m. Sunday.

* Dana Point Harbor Drive: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 25000 block at 9:51 p.m. Sunday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* El Rey Avenue: A car parked in the 9500 block was soaked in Dr Pepper soda at 12:28 p.m. Tuesday.

FULLERTON

* East Grove Place: A petty theft was reported in the 1000 block at 12:10 p.m. Thursday.

* Peckham Street: An auto theft was reported in the 1000 block at 3:19 p.m. Thursday.

LAGUNA BEACH

* Pacific Coast Highway: A report of a residential burglary in the 31000 block at 6:35 p.m. Sunday.

LAGUNA HILLS

* Paseo de Valencia: An abandoned vehicle was reported in the 25000 block at 8:14 a.m. Thursday.

* Silver Saddle Lane: A burglary was reported in the 26000 block at 12:12 p.m. Thursday.

LAGUNA NIGUEL

* Hidden Hills Road: A woman in the 24700 block reported a fraud at 7:45 p.m. Thursday. She lost her bank card at Aliso Creek Beach on Sept. 6 and reported the loss to her bank Sept. 9. In her recent bank statement, there were several charges made Sept. 6.

* La Paz Road: A commercial burglary was reported in the 27800 block at 11:05 a.m. Tuesday. Over the past three weeks, store employees have found 100 empty boxes of Actifed and Sudafed in store aisles.

LA HABRA

* South Valencia Street: An auto theft was reported in the 100 block at 4:51 a.m. Thursday.

* East La Habra Boulevard: Police made a warrant arrest in the 700 block at 2:18 p.m. Thursday.

LAKE FOREST

* El Toro Road: A burglary was reported in the 23000 block at 5:29 p.m. Thursday.

* Lake Center Drive: A reckless driver was reported in the 2300 block at 5:25 a.m. Thursday.

* Lake Forest Road: An abandoned vehicle was reported at 7:25 a.m. Thursday.

* Orange Avenue: A traffic collision occurred in the 23000 block at 9:08 a.m. Thursday. No injuries were reported.

MISSION VIEJO

* Dega: A burglary was reported in the 27000 block at 9:11 a.m. Thursday.

ORANGE

* Chapman Avenue at Hewes Street: An abandoned vehicle was reported at 2:23 a.m. Saturday.

SAN CLEMENTE

* Avenida Presidio: A report of shots heard in the 100 block at 11:24 a.m. Sunday.

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO

* Via De Toledo: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 26000 block at 10:53 a.m. Sunday.

* Via Estancia: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 27000 block at 8:23 p.m. Sunday.

TUSTIN

* Wass Street at Newport Avenue: A noninjury traffic collision was reported at 1:27 p.m. Friday.

VILLA PARK

* Taft Avenue at Nichols Avenue: A reckless driver was reported at 11:19 p.m. Saturday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports Monday: Anaheim, Brea, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Woods, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Newport Beach, Placentia, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, Stanton, Westminster and Yorba Linda.
