Board of Supervisors
The Sept. 12 Times reported that the L.A. County Board of Supervisors will try to make another run at increasing the number of supervisorial districts from the present five to nine, plus a county mayor. A county supervisor starts at a salary level of about $114,000. If they are going to double the size of the board and halve their turf, will the present board members be taking a salary reduction?
