Bomb Kills 4 in Kosovo

PRISTINA, Yugoslavia —
A cluster bomb left over from NATO’s air war in Yugoslavia exploded in eastern Kosovo, killing four children and injuring two others, peacekeepers said Tuesday.
The North Atlantic Treaty Organization-led peacekeeping force said the blast occurred near the town of Mogila on Monday afternoon.
