* I was thoroughly disgusted with the Sept. 21 commentary by Anatol Lieven, “Let’s Help Russia Against the Chechens.” Perhaps Lieven would like the West to send Russia a few more billion dollars so that they can continue their genocidal destruction of the Chechen people.
