Coatings Resource Corp. is asking local businesses to donate items such as logo T-shirts, coupons or gift certificates to Officer Nick Ekovich, who was wounded Sept. 3 while responding to a robbery call.

Coatings Resource is acting as a collection center to receive gifts for Ekovich. Donations can be delivered to 5582 McFadden Ave., Huntington Beach. For more information, contact Linda at (714) 894-5252.
