LAKE FOREST
City officials will participate in a committee overseeing the planning of the Foothill Ranch library. A schedule for construction of the 10,000-square-foot library was passed by the Orange County Board of Supervisors in July.
The library will be built near Borrego Park in Foothill Ranch and will serve parts of Lake Forest, city officials said.
Construction of the library should start next summer.
