The city’s scariest home could be a prize winner this Halloween. Tustin Pride is sponsoring its first Halloween display awards to recognize homes with exceptional holiday or fall harvest decorations. To be eligible, a home must be nominated by Oct. 22, either by its owner or a resident. Nomination forms are available at City Hall, in the parks and recreation division, and must be mailed to Tustin Pride, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, CA 92780, or faxed to (714) 573-3113.
