STANTON
The Savanna School District is lukewarm about building a permanent skateboard park on its grounds, Mayor Al Ethans said Monday. The city was considering converting two tennis courts at the Stanton Municipal Tennis Courts--courts run by the city on land leased from the school district--into a skateboard park. Ethans said the council will discuss other possible locations for a skateboard park at its next meeting on April 11.
