* HR Textron Inc. of Valencia won a $215,943 contract from the Air Force in Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., for aircraft components and accessories.

* Westfield Hydraulics of Pacoima won a $210,928 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for valves.
