Cohen, Alexander & Clayton, a Thousand Oaks law firm founded 37 years ago, is changing its name to Alexander, Clayton, Morrow & Wilson.
Ruth D. Morrow and Marguerite A. Wilson, longtime partners at the firm, will now be included in the name. Charles W. Cohen, who co-founded the firm with Leonard Alexander, is leaving to join the Los Angeles law firm of Weston, Benshoof, Rochefort, Rubalcava & MacCuish.
The Alexander law firm will continue its major legal emphasis in the areas of business formation and transactions, business and civil litigation, family laws, wills, trusts, probate and estate planning.
The firm’s location will not change.
