ECommercial.com, an Aliso Viejo company that focuses on Internet-base infomercials, said it has changed its name to MindArrow Systems Inc. The stock, which began trading Tuesday under the ticker symbol ARRW, closed at $34.94, down $3.81 a share. The shares trade over the counter.
