Fidelity National Promotes 2 Top Execs

Fidelity National Financial Inc., the nation’s largest title insurer, said Wednesday it has promoted two top executives as it works to integrate the recent acquisition of Chicago Title Corp.
Frank P. Willey, president of the Irvine company, was named vice chairman, and Patrick F. Stone, Fidelity’s chief operating officer, added the duties and title of president.
Willey, a Fidelity board member who heads the company’s mergers and acquisitions activities and its investor relations, adds the duties of overseeing Chicago Title’s extensive national agency network.
Stone’s role overseeing Fidelity’s title insurance and real estate services operations has been expanded to include the Chicago Title brands: Chicago Title Insurance Co., Ticor Title Insurance Co. and Security Union Title Insurance Co.
