Teen Readers

Today, when one hears so many negative comments regarding our young people and their teachers, it is a breath of fresh air to read such an inspiring story as “A Win-Win Situation” (April 2).

Teacher Shari Sack and her storytelling class were immensely inspirational. The two handsome teenagers, Vit Zelich and Laura Ettleson, are true teachers and heroes in every sense of the word, because they (and their classmates) truly move and inspire children to read (and want to read) through their storytelling activities with children. They not only have touched and inspired the minds of children--but they have also touched the very soul of God.
