Predicting Marital Failure Doesn’t Really Help

Share

Being able to predict whether a marriage will succeed or fail after only two years (“Can Success in Marriage Be Predicted?,” March 15), amazing as it is, is of little value unless a marriage counselor or some other therapist is able to intervene to effectively save the marriage. In other words, prediction is worthless unless you can take advantage of it and do something to forestall the failure.
