Re “Belmont Backers Offer to Help Fund Safety Studies,” April 6: What is with this $1-million office discretionary fund Supervisor Gloria Molina offered to again investigate the Belmont site? Why has it not been available for books, clean and decent facilities, etc.? Are other millions of discretionary funds lying around at the “discretion” of other supervisors?
