Printrak Tabs Crawford as Executive V.P.

Dan Crawford has been named to the newly created position of executive vice president of Printrak International Inc. in Anaheim. He joined the company in November as vice president of marketing. Crawford’s new responsibilities include overseeing the company’s sales, marketing, and research and development departments. Before joining Printrak, Crawford was founder, chairman, chief executive and president of Epic Solutions Inc. in San Diego.

* Melissa A. Holmes has joined Catellus Residential Group in Newport Beach as vice president of community development. She was formerly a senior entitlement project coordinator with Walt Disney Imagineering.

* James S. White has been elected president and general manager of the Industrial Environmental Coalition of Orange County. He is principal and president of White Environmental Associates. In addition, Dale W. Botts, environmental engineer with Steelcase North America, was elected chairman of the board.

* John Sprint is the new chief operating officer for Dense-Pac Microsystems Inc. in Garden Grove. Since joining the company in 1990, he has held several positions, including vice president of operations and vice president of manufacturing. Before that, Sprint was with Northrop’s electronics division.

* Jeff Chasney has been named vice president and chief information officer of CKE Restaurants Inc. in Anaheim. Before joining CKE, Chasney was with Clark Refining and Marketing for four years as vice president and chief information officer. He also served as vice president and chief information officer at Vicorp Restaurants Inc. and Long John Silver’s Inc. In addition, Steve Eddings was appointed director, facilities and energy. He had been manager, energy and support services.

* Bruce R. Hallett has been named to the board of directors of ECatalystOne in Newport Beach. Hallett is the lead partner of the law firm Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in Irvine.

* Harold A. Poling has joined the advisory board of Mcglen Internet Group Inc. in Tustin. He is the former chairman and chief executive of Ford Motor Co. Poling was elected chairman of Ford Motor in 1990 and held the position until his retirement in 1994.

* Eric J. Hopkins has joined GoPublicNow.com in Newport Beach as chief financial officer. Hopkins was previously director of finance at Unisys-PulsePoint Communications.
