A training program for the Flo-Jo Memorial Half Marathon and Leisure World 5K will be held Sundays at 7:30 a.m. through May 28 at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center’s Heart Institute and Wellness Center, 24401 Calle de Louisa, Laguna Hills.
