The Recreation and Community Services Department will host a Major League Baseball diamond skills competition Saturday beginning at 1 p.m. at Central Park, 7821 Walker St.

Boys and girls ages 7 to 14 will be given the opportunity to show their batting, throwing and fielding skills. Winners in each age group will advance to the sectional competition. Registration is required. The competition is free. Information: (714) 690-3390.
