USA Biomass to Take Over Brea Recycler

USA Biomass Corp. said Thursday it has agreed to acquire Brea Green Recycling Inc., a Brea recycler. Financial terms were not disclosed. USA Biomass, based in Bell Gardens, has green waste recycling operations in Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties.
