ORANGE
The City Council unanimously voted last week to allow the Orange Housing Development Corp., a nonprofit organization, to rehabilitate three blighted apartment complexes.
The low-income complexes include two 10-unit buildings, at 1924 and 1934 E. Wilson Ave., and a 27-unit apartment complex at 264-280 S. Esplanade St.
The units will remain affordable to low-income households.
