MindArrow Buys Fusionactive.com

MindArrow Systems Inc., an online sales and marketing company for other businesses, said Monday that it has acquired Fusionactive.com Ltd., a Hong Kong marketing and advertising agency, in a stock swap.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

MindArrow, based in Aliso Viejo, said in a news release that it plans to use Fusionactive.com’s client base and marketing expertise to expand in eastern Asia. Fusionactive.com will operate as an independent subsidiary with local management responsible for the company’s daily operations.
