I/O Magic Hires NC Capital Markets

I/O Magic Corp., an Irvine maker of peripheral personal computer products, has retained investment banker NC Capital Markets to help it identify growth strategies as well as merger and acquisition candidates.
Last month, the company said that IBM Credit Corp. had tentatively agreed to give I/O Magic $15 million in financing to compete more effectively.
