Microsoft’s Rosen Resigns

Microsoft Corp.’s general manager of new technology, Dan Rosen, said he resigned after six years at the company and expects to join a Seattle venture capital firm, Frazier & Co. Rosen, 50, said he expects to be founding general partner of a new fund that will focus on information technology companies. Frazier, which manages about $350 million, has invested solely in health care since it was formed in 1991 by Alan Frazier.
