ACT Networks Reports Increase in Annual Losses

ACT Networks Inc. of Calabasas reported a net loss of $584,000 for the fourth quarter ended June 30, compared with a net loss of $2.9 million for the fourth quarter last year. Revenue increased slightly to $14 million from $13 million.

For the year ended June 30, the company reported a loss of $9.3 million, compared with a loss of $3.1 million last year. Revenue dropped to $48.8 million, compared with $54.3 million.
