Authorities Seek Public’s Help in Apprehending 4 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four people sought for alleged probation violation or failure to appear in court. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Jason Daniel Oler, 19, allegedly violated his probation on convictions of possessing and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Oler last lived in the 800 block of Oak Grove Court in Ojai and last worked at a Somis window-washing company. He is white, 5 feet 10, 170 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.

Jennifer Rose Reynolds, who also uses the last name Sabian, 19, allegedly failed to appear in court on charges of possessing and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Reynolds is Latina, 5 feet 2, 115 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. A feather is tattooed on her right arm and the name Nakota on her left hand. She last lived in the 1200 block of Gonzales Road in Oxnard.

Vincent Calvin Hopkins, 28, allegedly violated his probation on convictions of carrying a concealed firearm and possessing a dangerous weapon.

He last lived in the 1900 block of Carnegie Court in Oxnard. He is white, 5 feet 10, 170 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes. A smoking duck is tattooed on his right shoulder and “COX3” on his left middle finger.

Frank Silva Jr., 28, who also uses the name Frank Cendejas Silva and the last name Lopez, allegedly violated the terms of his probation on a conviction of possessing a controlled substance.

Silva last lived in the 3600 block of Samuel Drive in Oxnard. He is Latino, 5 feet 5, 160 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. His tattoos include the names Silva, Felipa and Patricia on his back and the word Eastside on his arms.

Anyone with information is asked to call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 385-8255 or 494-8255. There is a cash reward for any information that leads to an arrest.
