The Santa Ana provider of Internet software and information technology services said it lost $1.2 million, or 14 cents a share, for the second quarter, compared with a year-earlier net loss of $787,000, or 10 cents a share. Revenue fell to $3 million from $9.1 million. The company said $5.6 million of the revenue decline was due to the sales of the managed services and computer hardware manufacturing division last Jan. 31 and the telephone installation business on April 1, 1999.
