Tourism Secretary Quits to Face Charges

Oscar Espinosa Villarreal's attorney, Alonso Aguilar Zinser, announced the resignation late Tuesday, hours after the Mexico City prosecutor's office said it could not prosecute Espinosa until he stepped down from his federal post.
