Cal State Northridge has announced the lineup for fall 2000 at its Center for the Visual and Performing Arts. The season includes more than 60 programs, including music, dance, theater, visual arts and film events.

Highlights include the London hit musical “Unforgettable: The Nat King Cole Story”; Mozart’s “The Magic Flute” performed by the music and theater departments at CSUN; a rare performance by traditional Korean dancer Mae-Bang Lee and his company, and world music from Inti-Illimani, a Chilean folk music group.

The center’s “theme, ‘One Place, Limitless Perspective,’ reflects our role as the leading site for visual and performing arts in the San Fernando Valley,” said William Toutant, interim dean of the College of Arts, Media and Communication.
