GoAmerica Acquisition

GoAmerica Inc., a provider of wireless Internet service, said it has agreed to acquire Hotpaper.com Inc., a closely held company in San Francisco, to gain products that allow documents to be created from Web sites. Terms weren’t disclosed. Shares in Hackensack, N.J.-based GoAmerica rose $1 to close at $9.06 on Nasdaq.
