The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Wednesday:

BREA

* East Imperial Highway: A forgery was reported in the 2800 block at 3:01 p.m. Tuesday.

* North Tamarack Avenue: Misdemeanor assault and battery was reported in the 800 block at 4:41 p.m. Tuesday.

FULLERTON

* Acacia and Orangethorpe Avenue: Assault with a deadly weapon was reported at the intersection at 11:37 p.m. Monday.

* West Porter Avenue: A burglary was reported in the 1100 block at 4:13 a.m. Tuesday.

* East Walnut Avenue: Battery was reported in the 900 block at 8:42 p.m. Tuesday.

GARDEN GROVE

* Boyd Avenue: Police arrested two men on suspicion of drug activity in the 8800 block at 10:33 p.m. on Aug. 11.

* Euclid Street: Police arrested three male juveniles on suspicion of vandalism in the 13100 block at 9:40 p.m. Aug. 11.

IRVINE

* Alton Parkway: A wallet, credit cards and cash were reported stolen from a purse in the 3800 block at 2:27 p.m. Tuesday.

* Fortune: A stereo was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 31 block at 11:04 p.m. Tuesday.

* Noyes Avenue: Aluminum was reported stolen from a storage yard in the 16000 block at 10:24 a.m. Tuesday.

* Summerwind: A scooter was reported stolen from an open garage in the 20 block at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.

LAGUNA BEACH

* Cozumel Court: Fifty compact discs and $11 cash were reported stolen from a residence in the 100 block at 1:14 p.m. Sunday.

* Glenneyre Street: A license plate was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 800 block at 12:28 p.m. Tuesday.

* Locust Street: A pickup truck was reported stolen from a driveway in the 300 block at 10:54 a.m. Sunday.

* Mermaid Street: A vehicle was reported stolen in the 400 block at 12:57 p.m. Tuesday.

* Park Avenue: $120 was reported stolen from a bag in the 600 block at 8:06 p.m. Tuesday.

* San Nicholas Court: A 59-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence in the 600 block at 3:47 a.m. Monday.

* Health Center Drive: A grand theft was reported in the 24400 block at 9:24 a.m. Wednesday.

* Laguna Court: A burglary was reported in the 26100 block at 3:41 p.m. Tuesday.

* Moulton Parkway: A burglary was reported in the 26000 block at 3:19 p.m. Tuesday.

* Moulton Parkway: A burglary was reported in the 23300 block at 7:29 a.m. Tuesday.

* White Oaks Drive: A theft was reported in the 26600 block at 12:06 p.m. Tuesday.

LAGUNA NIGUEL

* Ana Maria Lane: A petty theft was reported in the 29600 block at 11:43 a.m. Wednesday.

* Niguel Road: A burglary was reported in the 30100 block at 11:37 a.m. Wednesday.

* Via Piedra Blanca: A burglary was reported in the 25400 block at 6:23 a.m. Wednesday.

LAGUNA WOODS

* Avenida Carmel: A vehicle was reported stolen in the 300 block at 7:29 p.m. Monday.

* Via Mariposa: A fraud was reported in the 2300 block at 1:10 p.m. Tuesday.

* South Cambridge Drive: Police received an animal cruelty report at a residence in the 300 block at 10:40 p.m. Tuesday.

* San Lucas: A petty theft was reported in the 28100 block at 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

PLACENTIA

* Feather Avenue: Damage to tree and grass caused by a neighbor at 8:12 a.m. Tuesday.

* North Rose Drive: A male on a motorcycle was trying to run down a woman outside Placentia Linda Hospital at 9:18 p.m. Tuesday.

SAN CLEMENTE

* Avenida Algodon: A car window was reported smashed in the 100 block at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.

* Avenida Victoria: A backpack was reported stolen from the beach in the 600 block at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

* Linda Lane Beach: A bicycle was reported stolen from the beach at 4:20 p.m. Tuesday.

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO

* Oso Road: A gate was reported damaged in the 26000 block at 10:05 a.m. Sunday.

* Ridge Road: A screen was reported pried open in the 29000 block at 8:10 p.m. Sunday.

* Via Mirador: A gas grill was reported stolen in the 30000 block at 4:40 p.m. Sunday.

YORBA LINDA

* Casa Loma Avenue: Malicious mischief was reported in the 5000 block at 2:09 p.m Tuesday.

* Via Del Corral: A grand theft was reported in the 4800 block at 1:22 p.m. Tuesday.

OTHER COMMUNITIES

ALISO VIEJO

* Alicia Parkway: A fraud was reported in the 27100 block at 11:42 a.m. Wednesday.

* Aliso Creek Road: Vandalism was reported in the 26700 block at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports: Anaheim, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Dana Point, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, La Palma, Newport Beach, Orange, Rancho Santa Margarita, Placentia, Seal Beach, Stanton, Tustin, Villa Park and Westminster.

Go to https://www.ocsd.org and click on “Sheriff’s Blotter.” Incident reports are updated every few minutes and cover the cities of Dana Point, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forst, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Stanton and Villa Park, as well as the county’s unincorporated areas.
