Hee-Won Lim Will Manage Disneyland Pacific Hotel

Hee-Won Lim has been appointed general manager of the Disneyland Pacific Hotel in Anaheim. She had been resident manager. Lim joined the Walt Disney Co. in 1988 as reservations manager for the Contemporary Hotel at Walt Disney World in Florida. Since then, she has held a variety of hotel management positions at Walt Disney World and the Disneyland Resort, including front office manager at the Disneyland Hotel, executive housekeeper at the Disneyland Hotel and food and beverage manager at the Disneyland Pacific Hotel. In addition, Jeff Plumb was named food and beverage manager. Before joining the Disneyland Pacific Hotel, he was restaurant manager for Hook’s Pointe & Wine Cellar at the Disneyland Hotel.

* Kevin Drum has been named general manager for the Ascent Software business unit of Kofax Image Products in Irvine. Drum, who has been with Kofax since 1992, had been vice president of marketing for the unit.

* Paul Farber has been named chief executive of ProcessClaims.com in Irvine. Farber was previously chief operating officer of 21st Century Insurance.
