King Legal Wrangle

So Rodney King is unhappy with his lawyers (Aug. 16). Get over it. Lawyers always get their piece of the pie; they also got you yours.

If I broke numerous laws, running from police, resisting arrest, attempted assault on a police officer and driving under the influence, and received $3.8 million, I would consider myself lucky. Sure, you took a beating; a beating the police delivered because you would not obey instructions to stay down. Your friends (in the car) who were not arrested did stay down and were given proper treatment.
