Women of Faith Conference Coming to the Pond

The Women of Faith Conference will come to the Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim for the fourth time this year for a two-day gathering of Christian music and inspirational speakers.

The event will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. Sept. 8 and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sept. 9. The 15,000 seats at the Arrowhead Pond have all been sold, but 1,800 overflow spots are still available at Calvary Chapel of Santa Ana. The event will feature talks by actress Nicole Johnson, and the contemporary group Point of Grace will perform.

The Women of Faith Conference has grown from seven locations four years ago to more than two dozen conferences nationwide. More than 1 million women have attended 99 Women of Faith conferences across the nation, organizers said.

Women of Faith was founded in 1996 by Steve Arterburn of New Life Clinics in Laguna Beach.
