The city’s branch of Orange County Neighborhood Services is offering low-interest loans to help residents pay for home improvements.
NeighborWorks, part of the La Habra Neighborhood Services program, is offering the loans for general improvements, including kitchen repairs, room additions and new roofing, flooring and windows.
For the last few years, NeighborWorks has offered assistance to local homeowners in need of financial assistance for renovations. The program also counsels young families on purchasing their first house.
